What's Wrong with this Picture?

What's Wrong with this Picture?

I just have one question?

When an individual files for bankruptcy it takes 30 days to be completed. But, yet two large and complicated companies like General Motors and Chrysler can get it done in 40 days.

Now, I don't know about you, but it seems to me that to get it done that fast tells me that something under the table was done because the people that were picked for the "Auto Task Force"  new completely nothing about  bankruptcy laws better than a standard lawyer. It is the same courts and rules or is it?

The Judges that  passed everything in the bankruptcy's so fast and in the governments favor are all "APPOINTED" by the White House and non of them have to run for re-election. So, if you are one of those judges who would you side with, people objecting to the way the bankruptcy laws were not being completely followed or with the people that can take your job away in a minute? I know if I were an "APPOINTED" judge and wanted to keep my job and knew that no matter what decission I made ( favoring the government of course) so I could keep my job, how I would rule on any objections that were being made from people outside of the governments wishes for how the bankruptcy should be whether it sways from the laws or not.

Could it be that the Task Force found some extremely new ways to handle a bankruptcy faster or could it be that they new the government was behind them on any decision they handed down whether some of the bankruptcy laws were being altered or even bypassed to fit into the governments plan? I prefer to believe the later.

The reason I say this is that thousands of people's Health Care was completely canceled and their Pensions turned over to the PBGC where a lot of there pensions were cut by up to 60% or more.

I thought it was President Obama's intention to help people get or keep their 'Health Care'.

I also see where a group from Congress and the Senate want to review the way the bankruptcy's for General Motors and Chrysler were done and have sent a letter to the White House requesting to see all the documents involved, but naturally a law is in the books stating that the White House does not have to honor that request. Why does that not supprise me!!!!!!!!

What happened to Obama's "TRANSPARENCY"?

I have come to the conclusion that there are no differences between the Democrats and the Republicans. It seems like the minute they get to Washington, they get sucked up in the bubble and any law they don't like will be altered to the point where it is now acceptable to them.

Just one man's opinion but, like I said in my first statement.

What's Wrong with this Picture?

His Final Hope

Well, George Bush (I refused to call a man that has screwed and lied so much president) has finally, absolutely, nothing to brag about now. He is completely on his own.

Ever since 911 has happened all we've heard out of not only his mouth, but so many of his ignorant followers that since he took the war to Al Queda in Iraq, "No American life has been lost or that No American Facility has been attacked by Al Queda.

Well, that ended yesterday with the attack on the American Embasay in Yemen. Not only did Al Queda take responcibility for the attack, but we were told today that an American Citizen ( a woman ) was killed in the blast.

Now his legacy of lies and false claims is now complete.

Nothing else needs to be said. The above statement says it all.

Hollywood Bob

Here we go 'Again'

Well, just when you think the government or a business doesn't have any more ways  that they can manipulate   more money out of you, they fool you.

I read on the 'Huffington Post' where Time Warner (and soon to be Comcast) are thinking of charging you for "EXCESS" bandwidth usage. They say that 95% of the people that use the internet are normal users, but that the other 5% use way more than their share.

Time Warner has started a 'beta' program with over 100,000 new internet customers in Texas, where they have different packages that a person can sign up to. Then, for every 1 gigebyte that the person goes over their package limit they will be charged $1 per gig of extra bandwidth for the month.

I know that if you have a windmill, say a turbine one, that you can sell unused killowatts that the windmill produces that you don't use back to the electric companies.

Now, what happens if the package that I get from Time Warner is for X amount of monthly bandwidth and I don't use it all, "Will I be able to sell my unused portion back to them, which is just the opposite of them charging me for using more than my package alots me? I doubt it.

They say the 5% that are using more than their share (who figures out what a share is) are doing it by p2p sharing or downloading and watching movies on their pc.

I wonder what the advertisers are going to do when these people stop using their service (NetFlix) because of the extra money they have to pay for bandwidth?

5% may not sound like a lot of people, but there are well over 500,000,000 internet users, so 5% of that is approximately 10,000,000 abusers. LOL

Just think what kind of impact this would make if most of these people just stopped using the services. In my opinion all hell will break loose between the advertisers and the internet providers.

I think this little move that the internet providers are beta testing is going to be very interesting.

So, here we go again.

New's Media

What part doesn't the  NEW'S Media get?

Once again, Darth Vader (Cheney, I won't justify saying his unelected title because he is unworthy of it) put his foot in his mouth.

I seen on CNN today that he was asked by someone what he thought about Scott McCllen's book? He said that ex Senator, Bob Doyle, had said it best. I heard that Doyle called McCllen"s book all kinds of slimy names and directed most of them to McCllen, himself. Chaney was then asked if he had read the book. His answer was not yet and he didn't have on his schedule whether he would even read the book yet.

Then, on the Huffington Post, I seen where he made a incest joke about people in West Virginia. For someone who has a lesbian daughter, which I have no qualms about, has no room to put himself on such a high pedistal, when he himself had to drop out of Yale because of bad grades. What a hippocrit.

So, back to the New's Media. I don't care whether it is CNN, Fox News with the idiot named Hannity, or anyother newspaper. They continue to ask these crooked politicians what they think about things being written or said about their policies and actually accept what they say over what the people that worked for these idots are writing about.

Also, on the Huffington Post today, I read where "ANOTHER" top general came out and blasted Bush's policy in Iraq. How many of these people have to write books for the new's media to understand that the Bush administration is going to go against everything that is said in these books to protect their own butts. Do these news oulets actually think that by asking the White House, that they would come out and say that the authors of all these books are telling the truth.

And the books being written, which are more truthfull than not, are written for the sole purpose of making money, period. Most of the people that write these books have never done a days worth of work in their life and this is the last step they have, before they actually might have to get a job, if there is one out there.

Finally, to Wolf Blitzer, Sean Hannity, and the other idiots that keep asking the White House on what they think about the books being written about their policies, get real and put more pressure on Congress to check out what is in these books and bring the Bush administration to task over it.

Gee, maybe I ought to get real. The only difference between Congress and the White House is the spelling. What the heck was I thinking about?

Things to think About

(1)  When gas is $3.99.9 per gallon, why not just say $4.00 per gallon. That's what it is. Who the hell thought about the .9. This is
       as  yousefull as pennies.

(2)  For the 4th year in a row congress has held hearings with the ceo's of the 5 big oil companies and still hasn't come up with
any type of solution. The ceo's answer. They're not overcharging. Everypenny they make goes right back into the company. If
you believe that, then I have some swamp land for sale in Florida.

(3)  CNN reported today that Americans are using less gas so far this year than last year. Has gas gone down? I think not. Once
againg they want us to believe it is world consumption causing the problem and it is, but not as much as people think. The
biggest reason why oil is so high is because the "Speculators" on Wall Street are specutlating on catastophies that haven't
even happened yet. Oh gee, I didn't let you think long enough for your own conclusion. I'm sorry

(4)  Also, have you noticed that since the employees of thebig 3 auto companies and their subsideraries have taken  amounts of pay
cuts, that the price of auto's have not went down? The rebates are still there, but so are the 2 to 3% price increases. As with
oil, does the word "GREED" sound familiar?

(5)  Does anyone think that Cindy McCain released her tax records for 2006 after she said she would 'NEVER' release them be-
cause her and John file separate income tax returns. Do you think that maybe since he uses her "Private Lear Jet" to fly
all over the country and campaing have anything to do with the release of her tax return?

(6)  Do you "Really" think that the DC Madame hanged herself? Where is the book with all her clients names?

(7)  Wasn't it admiral for Bush to give up golfing in support of the troops only to later find out that he has still put in a few holes
on the golf course since then. I'll bet that was just as moralizing to the troops as the "Mission Accomplished Sign" on the
air craft carrier that he flew in on. Oh yea, the plane he flew in on was supposidly the same type of aircraft that he learn't to
fly in the reserves duing the Viet Nam Era. Of course we all know now that that type of aircraft was outdated for the war and
never had a chance to be in the war, except for a museum.

(8)  Wouldn't you think that the best support you could give the troops would be to bring them home where they would be truly safe?

(9)  Doesn't everyone know that the presidents are just tokens and can promise you anything, but Congress as usual will keep every-
thing in grid lock. Oh, and by the way the reason they do that is because the lobbiest's contol them. How could I say that. We all
know that Congress knows what's best for us. Hell, they're all lawyers.

Well, I would have a number 10, but I'm afraid that David Letterman might have a copyright on it and I sure wouldn't want to infringe on his copyright. He might have to just dig into his $30 million plus salary per year, but then I would love to have that money also. He
earned it just like the ceo's of all the big companies that are making millions as their companies claim losses or breaking even.

That's it for now. Take care, be safe, and most of all watch out for everyone's  "Hidden Adgenda".

New Blog

This is my first Blog. Right now I'm in the process of figuring everything out on the setup of Blogging. I hope to have everything going in a few days.

I plan on having just about everything on this blog, from politics, everyday life, to my own personal opinions of things that I think need to be said. I'm sure that I will also have Entries on the Blog that people won't like. I will also have links in the blogs to justify my opinion.

Hope to see you in the near future.
